Mostly I'm commenting because my name is also Bethany, and that's just weird, because how many parents in the world choose to give their child a name that means house of poverty? (Okay, mine were foretelling the future: I grew up to be a writer.)
But my own punctuation pet peeve is random use of apostrophes. Or apostrophe's.

I experienced "service" yesterday when my boyfriend and I went out for breakfast. The waitress threw down our plates and then took off for the rest of the meal.
