Also wonderful are the lack of ending punctuation and the capitalized p's in the "sentence." (Sorry, I had to put it in quotes.)

These are always the strangest to me.

Using quotation marks instead of emphasizing marks is one thing; but this looks like a case where someone said "Quote me on this," so the sign maker quite literally did.

I see these fairly often, where you have the name of the company up top, then a quotation about the company in quotation marks underneath.
