These are always the strangest to me.
Using quotation marks instead of emphasizing marks is one thing; but this looks like a case where someone said "Quote me on this," so the sign maker quite literally did.
I see these fairly often, where you have the name of the company up top, then a quotation about the company in quotation marks underneath.
It doesn't help that I first thought that was the back of a hearse.
So - super happy fun time - the website is real and still active, and that's still her phone number! I wonder if she knows about her newfound Internet fame! :)
