this one kind of makes weird sense


it says: do not ask "paying" customers for money. So I guess if you don't ask them for money, they can't really pay. So that would make them "paying" customers, right? Thanks, Kevin.

    So, um, what's the point of that sign? My best guess is that customers were complaining about panhandlers right there in the store.

    My thought was if they're "paying", then they don't have any money to begin with, so what's the point in asking?
