Laurel explains that this sign was near a dog fountain bowl outside of a sports pub. I don't know what i like more, the non-standard double quotations or exclamations, or the illustration of a dog. Erm, "dog."

What I think I like more than the double quotation marks is the idea that they have to specify that humans not drink from this dish which is presumably on the ground.
