"not cool" guys


Is this like how bad used to be slang for good? Is "not cool" now slang for cool? Thanks Phil.

Actually, this one isn't so bad. "Cool" is indeed slang, so it alone should have been in quotation marks, but at least the marks aren't completely inappropriate here.
