Would've made more sense if the quotes went around "to go" instead.... Like a pun!
Actually they are probably needed around quart because it most likely isn't a full quart. You can't buy a gallon or half gallon of ice cream anymore. A tricky way of not increasing prices. Keep the price the same, just give them 3/4 of the product!
I just always wonder if this is Quote "sort of, kind of" Unquote? What the Hell? What, did we phone it in from, say Neptune?
