Actually "reefer" is a type of trailer (as in tractor-trailer) that is, I think, refrigerated. So they are really offering to clean out your refrigerated trailer (which could, of course, have been filled with marijuana, hence the need for a clean out. :-)
yes, I was in the trucking industry for 12+ years and a reefer is industry slang for a refrigerated trailer.
