Jim found these two signs in the same shopping center (he says "it's like the innappropriate quotation mark fairy was going crazy all over there!"):

Martin, I thought that too but then would the quotes really be unnecessary?
The Thai "massage" is much better, but it's also much more expensive. :)
Maybe they misspelled thigh. I love a good "thigh" massage.
