It looks like another nickname. Man really loves his popcorn wagon.
"Pretty Good here is a pretty good popcorn wagon," he says, fondly.
....but his shirt (which has no quotation marks) says, 'Pretty good popcorn fundraising' which puts a whole 'nother slant on things.
WV: 'incasis' which is to say 'incasis' like these it's hard to say just what "pretty good" means.
