What's with the dramatic all-caps of "IN"? Do they think it's an innovative approach to pet sitting?
Perhaps they are in fact house-snatchers. So it's only your home until they've "taken care of" your pets..
When you get "home" you'll find they've taken over completely and it's their home now.

It could be that they're playing on the thought that the type of people that hire pet sitters consider it the pets home instead of theirs.
It becomes their home; and when you return to it you'll probably regret choosing this company.
