Perhaps they want only people who possess a certain amount of maturity to use the coffee machine. If you're an intellectual child, it doesn't matter if you're 6, 16 or 60, you still can't use it. Of course, expecting people to recognize, and accept their intellectual inferiority is going to be a problem, imho
Please send your submissions via email to bethanykeeley (at) gmail.com. I look at them all, but it might take a while to get to yours -- sorry! I love you all, but I only have so much energy in a day.
If you want your picture to make the blog DO NOT @tweet them, or leave them in a comment. I need them all in the same place. Make sure your emails are easily distinguishable from spam or viruses (I use gmail web interface, so images get previews).
I don't usually post the following: newspaper headlines, personal email, craigslist postings, unprofessional websites. I also tend to not crosspost things from other blogs, since I have so much unique material waiting for me to get to it.
Things I see a lot: silica gel "do not eat"; hair dryer labels; inside the bus "do not drill"; Wal-mart sign about IDs; coffee machine with "2" cup sizes; employees must "wash hands"; that failblog post.

Well, maybe "adults" include teenagers over the age of 16?
On an unrelated note, I love the creepy font for the sign!
Oh, I guess only "adults" can handle "very hot" liquids. Good to know.

Let's not forget that the water is "very hot" possibly denoting it's lukewarm state.
Here's hoping the adult who made that sign is forced to jones for his/her caffeine fix with the rest of the underage nonpeople.
I like this blog....
its nice to read....
thanks...

Not only that, but the sign says that the coffee/water coming from the machine is hot enough to burn, which is for the safety of children.
You see, when the coffee/water burns the child, he or she becomes much more aware of safety from that point onward.
