"thai"

Ken sent me this. I guess it's americanized thai food.

I have been told that the chefs in all Thai restaurants are Chinese...

Exactly right, dp. It's as close to Thai food as they can get without being authentic.

I live in Korea, and many restaurants that serve American food SHOULD put quotes around the items on them menu. They're not quite right.

well one of the items DOES say "Saigon" which is in Vietnam... Or rather does not exist anymore.

i could give a toss whether it's "thai" or not, but the "food" part seriously creeps me out

Or, maybe it's that they're really serving Vietnamese food - at least, the "Saigon Rolls" and "Shrimp and Vietnamese Sauce" seem to indicate that...

Yes but.. it's not really food either! I'm confused..

Even if it were done precisely the Thai way, it wouldn't be real Thai food unless the ingredients themselves came from Thailand.
