Oh now this is getting WAY too political, could it be that these flags were made by people whom the ultra-conservatives do not consider 'real Americans'?
Or maybe Canadian ultra-conservatives don't consider them "real Canadians."
I'm quite sure they mean the flags were made in Quebec.
