ths is probably intended for people who are work-aholics and lose track of time. They eat at their desks when they find themselves totally famished.

It's the formal name of the food container model; quotes are not inappropriate here, nor are they unintentional sarcasm. It's the Home Presence "Lunch Time" Food Jar, it's denoting a specific product.
