What happened to this sign?
It looks warped and the tape is coming loose. Furthermore it looks like it's fastened to a microwave. Perhaps that's why it's there.

@toep I should have framed more of the surroundings in the photo. It's taken next to some outdoor seating at a restaurant in New York City's upper west side.
Outdoor seating... weather warped, been through its paces. Definitely no microwave.
