Clare writes, "I attend culinary school, and we use what's called a pig bucket. Pig buckets are giant trash cans; we throw all of our edible scraps in there, and then several times a week these filled-up buckets get sent off to local pig farmers to use as slop."
So, 1) there is a thing called pig buckets. 2) you can wheel them in or outside, whatever.
