Can someone translate the Kanji charcter on the "first" sign, (or is the second sign the first??)?
If you consider that the second photo was taken when the special had been running for at least, if not more than, two weeks, it makes sense to call it "new."
Wow, I've been in this restaurant (unless the sign is contagious). Kept trying to take a picture without the counter staff looking at me funny. Glad it's up!
The important thing is that the sign maker is aware of the rule requiring all signs to include two quote marks somewhere in the text.
