semi-valid ok


Stephe sent me this one. I guess they generally card most people. But the cashier's cousin can get away with it.

awesome! i wish they'd had a sign like this at the cvs where i tried to buy cold medicine with my recently expired driver's license. i could have argued that my license was definitely a "valid" form of ID.

I think they hit the nail on the head with the idea that a "valid" driver's license is needed. They don't care what you show them - just show them something. Sort of like when a waiter at a restaurant wants a bigger tip and therefore accepts a "valid" ID no matter how sketchy it may be.
