really "modern"

These elevators are really "new" "technology" here. Thanks, Courtney.

Will they have overstuffed chairs and a wine bar?

I have heard that building may have asbestos as well...

Did they really print out and display a placard whose main aim was mockery of the building facilities? I mean it reads as mockery, and that's awesome. I guess it's not out of the question: a lease holder notifying clients & the property management that they are pissed off, and their visitors/workers deserve better than "state of the art." I wonder if "state of the art" was included in the description of the real estate... A lot of management companies include sexy language like that to describe elevators. Obviously: "State of the art" is also a lie, in most cases... so that might have been a last minute edit... wish i knew. Cuz in that case, the property management really stepped on it's own...

The phrase"state of the art" has been cheapened from over-use and thus rendered nearly meaningless over the years. Reminds me of how over-used standing ovations are these days.(stagehand secret: all encore songs are already included on the written set list for the concert...whoops!)

At least "inconvenience" was spelled correctly. How many times have you seen "inconvience"?
