I think I have an image similar to this one in the book (did I mention it makes a great holiday gift? Buy online here!). I tried really hard to make a joke about going "all the way" without being too coarse, and wouldn't you know it, I still can't, but it's in there somewhere. Thanks, Lee.

"All the way" really would work better with "turned on" but you take these things as you find them!
