"thanks" less than a million

Jessica writes, "I spotted this one at a graduation ceremony in Duke University Chapel -- in addition to half the sign being in quotation marks, I was amused by the 'sit in pews if you must' -- I guess they would have preferred us to stand through the entire ceremony..."
Those are some picky seating instructions.

Duke doesn't seem to be turning out the brightest people.

Of course not. Anyone from UNC could have told you that!

sad to think that the sign was probably written by a highly educated adult. tsk.

I hope the graduates actually received some sort of education.

Don't sit in these pews - but watch us tape a sign to them!

Nice...

Yet another reason why Dook sucks.

You paid how much for that education?

I don’t know about the “SiDE AiSLES” or “PLEASE DoN’t Sit iN WoodEN ChAiRs,” but I think the “THANks A MillioN” was meant to be sarcastic.
