I think perhaps of all the examples, this one might really be an exception. I'd love to believe the sign's creator truly understood the proper use of quotes for sarcasm or irony.
Drag queens, trannies, and women who wear tool belts, if ya know whadda mean.
P.S. Dollhouse, and any other Joss Whedon show, totally kicks butt.
I thought the same thing, that in this context, the quotation marks were appropriately used, because what lady wouldn't flush?
Um, that sign is totally accurate. Sometimes you need to call out the "ladies" who act like "wolverines" in the powder room.
I expect better of Eliza Dushku.
I was going to watch that show until I found out that the women who work on it don't flush.
