My thought: this is like when my mom had a dessert that was really awesome and told me I "wouldn't like it."

Its a statement posted by a customer. You see, they go there and feel the that staff are just goofing off.
We will never know the mind that wrote this but I like the vibrating theory.
"Working" is self explanatory. It doesn't work that well. "Not" is the hard part. I am mystified. Vibration is the only answer.
