The grammar police spotted this one. I guess it's not EXACTLY like getting money in your mailbox.

The quotation marks are correct. The phrase is trademarked.
This is an envelope for coupons and not real currency.

Greg is mostly correct. The phrase may or may not be trademarked, but putting quotation marks around slogans is accepted practice.
