This clearly refers to neutering, but I can't begin to think of how one would do that do a door.
Or Nathan, WHY? Reminds me of assigned English theme papers: write 350 words on How to Neuter a Door...
Seriously, isn't there a maintenance person who should be contacted for this, rather than posting an anonymous sign?
Maybe they mean "fix it in place so it can't move." But that defeats the purpose of a door.
Obviously the problem is that it was only "fixed" before, rather than actually fixed.
I agree with Penny. Someone is accustomed to things getting "fixed" around there.
