Why, in heaven's name, did they feel the need to even point this out? We can tell it's a temporary sign, unless we just conclude that they're cheap.
Somehow -- maybe it's the frilly accents -- I take the Britannia/Ireland set for being more intelligent and less prone to misused quotes and the like. Eat Shoots and Leave put a rest to that, and this cinches it.
