It sort of reminds me of this.
ARGH!!! Beat me to the punch! Everytime I go over those tracks (which is nearly everyday) I say "I'm going to take a picture and send that into that blog"!
Well now I can rest. :)
I always "stop" when I come to one of these signs.
A complete "stop" IS a rolling stop. Wonder if that'll hold up in court.
It's "clear" to me that the local PD wants drivers to roll through that intersection without stopping.
The sign says that such a "stop" costs nothing, and it further explains that rolling stops a $155 fine.
Me, if I can nix an expensive traffic ticket by rolling, I'll do it every time.
And yet "Rolling" Stop would have made sense.
