I don't know what happens to the rats, and I don't want to. Thanks, Deb and Marc in Seattle. (in other news, at first I thought that said Bear Parking. Like parking for your bear. Sweet.)

Thanks for posting our photo, Bethany! The really funny part is that our dog's name is Bear (!), and we are indeed always in search of convenient Bear parking. ... -deb and marc
Please send your submissions via email to bethanykeeley (at) gmail.com. I look at them all, but it might take a while to get to yours -- sorry! I love you all, but I only have so much energy in a day.
If you want your picture to make the blog DO NOT @tweet them, or leave them in a comment. I need them all in the same place. Make sure your emails are easily distinguishable from spam or viruses (I use gmail web interface, so images get previews).
I don't usually post the following: newspaper headlines, personal email, craigslist postings, unprofessional websites. I also tend to not crosspost things from other blogs, since I have so much unique material waiting for me to get to it.
Things I see a lot: silica gel "do not eat"; hair dryer labels; inside the bus "do not drill"; Wal-mart sign about IDs; coffee machine with "2" cup sizes; employees must "wash hands"; that failblog post.

...or don't. You know, whatever.
Maybe this is a special breed of rat that hangs out only at bus stops. Talk about specialists!
they could drop an "s," turn it into a pet store and make double the profit!
"STOP". You can buy RATS at the PEST STORE.
Maybe they're selling rats that say "stop" -- you know, "stop" rats. You can station them at crosswalks or use them in an intervention.

LOL!!! Intervention rats. Love it.
I think I pass by this every day... it's this or "STOP" ANTS...
I will look tomorrow.
Heh, all the scuff marks on the bottom made me do a double-take - I thought it said "Bear Parking". XD
