I think her name is Amber You, but people call her "We Will Miss".
OMG, I had a similar situation to this once! For some reason, on the cake order form, the lady wrote what we wanted to have written on the cake in quotation marks. Then, the quotation marks appeared on the cake! I am glad that this has happened to people besides me.

"We will miss" can stand in for "we hate" or any number of rude interjections. Subtle!
As a cake decorator, if it appears on the order form, I write it. I've written ages (for birthday cakes) in quotation marks so many times... it's like, is the kid really 2, or is "2" the age his parents think he is?
Anyway... I certainly won't miss her.
Is that Anber or Amber? And why the capital E in WE? No lowercase L or apostrophe abuse, though. Too bad.
This cake decorator must follow the same rules that Sarcasm397 does - write it exactly as it says on the form.

That's the cake I should have given to a former employer oh-so long ago.
When I lived in southern Ohio, there was a woman at the local ice cream place who decorated cakes. She had a wall of photos of her work, and every single cake had something inappropriately in quotes. It both amused me and irked me, especially since I have a literature degree. This post brought back memories. Ugh.
