"Tur-Duck-Hens" I get

I would like to know, though, what the "Turkeys" really are. Thanks to Chris, who sent me this last year.

Some weird "hybrid", no doubt. Surely better than my friend's "tofurkey" -- which really deserves the quotation marks.

I always envisioned it as turducken with no hyphens and no h.

Keymo, you envisioned it like that because you aren't an IDIOT. My family is from Louisiana, birthplace of the turducken, and I've NEVER seen it spelled "tur-duck-hen".
