Just how many teriyaki places *are* there on 33rd? Is it the teriyaki district of the city?

there are none that I know of. This is a gas station on 33rd ave in Portland, OR
Ok, this one looked like it could have been legit ...if "best" was a quote from someone else, like a food blogger, then it should be quoted, right?
To expand ... I write a blog, I think the teriyaki place on 33rd has the best teriyaki in Hooville. So they put "best" in quotes on their sign. Maybe?
