Does that include me laughing and pointing at the sign? I'm pretty sure that would say it all.
THe quote marks look like two pair of eyes.
I think that might be from a Winners store. Which is like TJ Maxx in Canada.
I think the sign is part of some sort of insidious capitalist mindgame. Afterall, we all know that the more unhappy and desperate your consumer, the more money you can bleed them for. It's as if the sign is saying "Yes, the All-Seeing Eye sees your smile and it will make you repent for your careless insolence." Rofl!
