"ricotta"

Who knows what kind of cheese they actually use.  Maybe "ricotta" is it's nickname.  Thanks, David.

I'm with moxie. Maybe they can't legally call it ricotta. Scary.

Yeah...that "its/it's" mistake is tragic. And a few posts below there are two sentences that were originally meant to be one, so there's either a misplaced "while" or a misplaced "However." I can't even believe how fantastic this blog is, but it does seem like one whose entire blogging identity is tied up in pointing out a specific type of writing mistake could stand to be a little more careful. :)

Yeah, you try posting 4 times a day in between real work, and see how your grammar fares. Nobody's perfect.

Ouch. The minute I read that I expected lots of 'APOSTROPHE ABUSE! AHHH!' comments.
I complain about bad grammar all the time and I often make mistakes. I also know that other people make them, too, and can accept that (to a degree).
As I see it, as long as I, and they, know it's wrong and we all try to not make mistakes then we're just fine.

Now. Maybe they are dubious about the existence of this so-called "ricotta" cheese at all.

I didn't intend that to be taken so seriously...just seemed kind of ironic. And really, they're typos (which are even easier to make), not grammar issues. Stuff happens.
I hadn't been by in a while and just came across the one from March with the quotation marks/rays of light on the church...this makes me happy.
