I'm fairly certain this one is legit. They've got a second set of unnecessary quotation marks. "Level Three" is probably for those interested in the convenience of flying ponies. I'm thinking it's all very metaphysical.
Apparently some character in the game known as 'the management' has been quoted giving extra hints.

It sure doesn't sound convenient. They missed a legitimate opportunity to use quotation marks.
If you keep breaking things on level 2, you'll find some brothers lighting things on fire. Defeat them, and you can go to level 5, 6, or 7. Which. . . isn't level 4, now that I think of it. So forget I suggested that.
