Skirts not allowed?
Since the 'and' is the word in quotes i would assume you may pick any ONE of the three and still get in.
On the other hand, i am curious if the pants were added to the sign because of a rash of customers coming in without. Isn't their some 'pantless day' once a year in New York or somewhere?
That leaves the pentecostal women out.
The fact that it appears to be written in after the fact makes me think it was caused by a certain pantsless event.
I third that idea! The following is a testimonial by the owners:
oh right, pants. We remembered to put that up after we had a whole crowd of people come in without any pants. But sadly no one can come in with shorts, skirts, or dresses.
