I think it's really some driving schools.
Not that I don't still find it hilarious, and of course "safer" is still great, but: don't you think it might be like the grade "A"? As in, "you'll get an 'A' on the driving test if you attend our school!" That's just what I thought it was when I first looked at the sign. :)

i understand the grade-A comment (arianna), but if that were the case it should probably be "A+ Driving School," with no quotes. Then again, maybe they're just not good enough for an A+.
