The top portion of this one makes it seem like they're doing a search for the phrase "caution stairs". It's a band. Their slogan is "open door slowly!" Thanks Naomi.
Uhhh, if you're running down stairs with such reckless abandon, it won't matter how slowly you open the door or how "cautious" you or the stairs may be.
And, not that I see *ANY* indication of such, but if the "stairs" and Trippy McTripper are to scale, those are some hefy steps.
I'm a new reader and was laughing out loud while I read your blog! Thanks for having a place for those of us nit-picky grammar people.
Also, I've tagged you on my blog as one that I enjoy reading. Feel free to play along with the virtual game of tag or disregard if you'd rather not. You can check out the rules at http://www.growupandbecomeyou.blogspot.com
My apologies ahead of time if I have used quotes inappropriately in my blog. :)
Please send your submissions via email to bethanykeeley (at) gmail.com. I look at them all, but it might take a while to get to yours -- sorry! I love you all, but I only have so much energy in a day.
If you want your picture to make the blog DO NOT @tweet them, or leave them in a comment. I need them all in the same place. Make sure your emails are easily distinguishable from spam or viruses (I use gmail web interface, so images get previews).
I don't usually post the following: newspaper headlines, personal email, craigslist postings, unprofessional websites. I also tend to not crosspost things from other blogs, since I have so much unique material waiting for me to get to it.
Things I see a lot: silica gel "do not eat"; hair dryer labels; inside the bus "do not drill"; Wal-mart sign about IDs; coffee machine with "2" cup sizes; employees must "wash hands"; that failblog post.

haha, the angle that that guy's standing at is the funniest thing about this sign.
I was pretty much going to say what Amanda already did. That graphic is hilarious!
And what's with all the Yield signs?
I was so thoroughly enraptured by the idea of "caution stairs" that I failed to notice the oddness of the Yield signs. Thank you, Lunza!

All those yield signs pointing down make it seem like falling is inevitable.
I also like how the front quotes are actual quotation marks, while the end quotes are actually inch marks.
"Funny."
And wouldn't Caution Stairs be an incredible name for an indie rock band?
Oh my god I LOVE The Caution Stairs!
