What kind of dollars are those? Where in the world does a single bottle of MGD cost more than a single bottle of Grolsch?

Oh I guess it is probably a bar. Still doesn't explain why MGD costs more than Grolsch. Maybe "Holland" means I just filled this bottle with water and resealed it.

I should have said these are from New Zeeland, so MGD is an import there.

I can verify that Budvar is made in the Czech Republic, the others I wouldn't know, better keep the quotes for them..

Oh, I see now, New Zealand... Here in the US, we use MGD as coolant for automobiles.
