Ok USA

The indiscriminate use of quotation marks here raises questions for me, but the patriotic conclusion really has me confused. Ironically, the one term that could legitimately bear quotation marks ("indigestion") is the only one not quoted. Thanks, Kim.

I also find it curious that the quotation marks and "OK USA" were handwritten on an otherwise decent printed sign. Someone's idea of a prank?

I didn't know feminine hygiene products or toilets could even get indigestion...

My only clue is that sometimes in dormitories signage must be approved by a member of the administration - perhaps someone's initials are U.S.A.?

I strongly suspect a regular reader of this-here blog added the quotation marks, then took the photo.

What a great idea!

"OK USA" is a slangy saying...sort of like "See you later alligator". Maybe it's just a Canadian thing?

@lattegirl--that's pretty much what I was going to say, but you beat me to it.

"OK USA" is a line from the movie Bloodsport with Jean-Claude Van Damme. Very funny indeed.. :)

Maybe they were meant to be rays for emphasis instead of quotation marks? That would explain their being handwritten.
