baby "alive"

Ok y'all, I've gotten this one at least 3 times and I've avoiding posting it - that doll does not actually eat or poop, she just pretends to with her plastic digestive system. Sharon argues, though, that they are still unneccesary because "God help us all if there are parents out there that are looking to buy dolls that really poop!"

I HAD ONE OF THESE!

And it got constipated and quit working after two hours.

I had one, too. I fed it "real" "baby" "food" and it got constipated and died.

Love the blog, by the way. I always click over when I need a laugh. Thank you!

i'm with you... the doll doesn't actually cry, eat, wet or poop. still funny, even if it's gramatically correct...

That girl on the left is wearing a LOT of makeup!

maybe it's because i'm not a 6 year-old girl, but is a pooping, peeing doll really a desirable toy? based on a couple of comments above, i'm also curious about the life-span (or should i have put that in quotes?) of this doll....

A lot of makeup, ame-gee, and she has bags under her eyes. It might be a heavily made up, 43 year-old little person.

These dolls always creeped me out, but I think the quotation marks are justified here.

Got to keep your legal bases covered. Last thing you want is a lawsuit because your doll didn't poop for real!

The one I had as a kid had to be thrown away when it became a moldy science project. Still gives me the heebie jeebies!
