This improper use of quotation marks was just brought to my attention. It was actually put there by the property manager and not myself. I am however quite handy and provide mechanical building maintenance for 6 large real estate companies located in Fernandina Beach florida. Come to Amelia Island Florida and relax with us. Whenever I see unnecessary quotes, It seems to me as if they are speaking in sexual innuendo.
