24 posts/24 hours: more quotation marks than you can handle

Dearest blog readers,

thanks to your devoted reading, linking and photo submitting, I have a book project in the works for Fall 2010 with Chronicle Books!

To celebrate the upcoming book, and enable my faster perusal of submissions to get enough high-res images for the book, I am going to make 24 posts in 24 hours on Friday October 23. That's next week! I am hoping this stunt will also help me to catch up on submissions, so I can post your photos a little bit closer to the date you sent it to me (I'm currently working in submissions from the end of July).

So, prepare your RSS readers for the big day, which will start at midnight eastern time on October 23.

You go, girl! Thanks for all your work on the blog, and congratulations on the upcoming book (my daughter and I have one of your entries, so we're doubly excited!)!

Nice! Although I'm taking that day as a vacation day from work (for my birthday) I can still enjoy enough grammatical nonsense to make my day complete.

Shall we alert the media?

"w00t!" on the book. And also on the 24/24, which seems insane for you, but delightful for us.

This must be in honor of my "anniversary" or maybe in honor of "International Mole Day".
