maybe the sign is fake.
from what I hear, compared to other beach towns, Ocean City kinda sucks. But it's still THE spot everyone in Maryland goes to in the summer... I guess they "enjoy" it.
I've been to Ocean City, MD. The quotation marks are totally appropriate.
