Sorry, this one's legit. The text is clearly talking about using acoustical engineering to make every seat in the theater a "good seat." Under this scenario, there is technically no "best seat in the house," but every seat has the benefits of a traditional "best seat in the house." The quotes are well-used.

The quotes are used correctly, except for the fact that the period is outside the closing quotation mark...

Those quotes look okay to me as well. Full stop inside the quotes is the standard in Britain, but I don't know where it was taken...
