Their menu uses quotation marks correctly throughout, unfortunately.
But, if you look at the reviews portion of the page, you see some mighty strange comments.
"Grilled lean ostrich" Umm, kind of a statement...
that's stupid. stupid awesome.
So...is "Quotes" just what they're calling the restaurant? Or is that its name?
