Or maybe they don't use their hands for their work... it sounds shifty to me... like, I "really" don't want to "know" any more here.
... and by "hands", we mean feet.
They mean "wash the body part that comes in the closest contact with the customer." You do the math.
Maybe it's a place for amputees? They have prosthetic hands, so they're really "hands." Just a thought.
