The quotation marks should definitely be around the word "Accountants." In Latin, doesn't "priva" mean "private" or "privates" and "tactus" mean "touch"? Just how personal are these accountants getting?
Eek. I'm kind of afraid of a world we live in where at least one person at the office didn't go "ya know, personal touch could mean...". I know we can't be the only ones with our minds in the gutter!
This is, in fact, 100% correct. If it were to say: The "Personal" Touch, or even; The Personal "Touch", THEN I would worry - as it is, it's dead on the money - providing a quote of the company's motto within, er... quotation marks. (*Grin*)
Please send your submissions via email to bethanykeeley (at) gmail.com. I look at them all, but it might take a while to get to yours -- sorry! I love you all, but I only have so much energy in a day.
If you want your picture to make the blog DO NOT @tweet them, or leave them in a comment. I need them all in the same place. Make sure your emails are easily distinguishable from spam or viruses (I use gmail web interface, so images get previews).
I don't usually post the following: newspaper headlines, personal email, craigslist postings, unprofessional websites. I also tend to not crosspost things from other blogs, since I have so much unique material waiting for me to get to it.
Things I see a lot: silica gel "do not eat"; hair dryer labels; inside the bus "do not drill"; Wal-mart sign about IDs; coffee machine with "2" cup sizes; employees must "wash hands"; that failblog post.

all this privates and the touching, and then they combine it with a cactus? sounds like south-of-the-border s&m. too kinky for my blood.
"Please use this doll to show the court where the accountant 'personally touched' you"

I wonder if they are actually functioning as a "massage parlor" during "off hours".
My opinion...because the phrase is being used as a slogan, the use of the quotes is appropriate
