harry up!

Charles saw this one in India. Even without the QMs I'd wonder about how sincerely they want a driver. I mean, the sign doesn't make any sense. And I think the free free free !!! part is a red herring.

Though I appreciate the unnecessary QMs, my favorite part is "Harry up and Rush Contact!" Though I think this one should just be a greatest hit all together.

Excuse me, is this where I get the free "wanted" drivers?

Feels like a delivery version of the Mustang Ranch to me...

They might not be legit, but they're typical numbers in India. If you want to verify it for yourself you can dial the international access code in your country (011 in USA, for example) plus 91 (for India) plus the number on the flyer. Drop the leading 0 from the last number. You'd only use that one if you were in Mumbai (Bombay).
