Randy writes that these vests drive him crazy, but have been that way since before he joined the Lions club. When they reordered he tried to get it changed, but no luck. Poor Randy, has to wear silly quotes. At least he can share the fun with all of us.

Couldn't he just rip those quotes off the vest, if they're iron on transfers or something? Or maybe turn them into single quotes by ripping off only part of them?
I want Rnady to tell us what city the Lions Club is really in!
